Late last week Reuters reported that the Oxford English Dictionary has now recognized the word “wiki” as an official word in the English language.
The folks at the Oxford English Dictionary perform periodic updates to the dictionary to keep it current. Some of the other inductees from the class of March 15 2007 are:
- bad girl (noun)
- chef (verb)
- claymation (noun)
- edamame (noun)
- Infobahn (noun)
- technopreneur (noun)
- tighty-whities (noun)
- virtualize (verb)
- undelete (verb)
